After waiting on the airlines for months, we have received thousands of refunds in recent weeks and are working through these as fast as possible. This is a time-consuming and manual task and we appreciate your patience. 

If your refund was requested more than 90 days ago, please let us know by replying to any email that we have sent you and we will investigate this for you. Please include your airline reference number on any emails that you send to us as it makes it easier to locate your booking in our system.
