After waiting on the airlines for months, we received thousands of refunds and some arrived without a corresponding Airline Reference number, this made it almost impossible to match up with the booking record.  

If your refund was requested more than 15 days ago, please let us know by replying to any email that we have sent you and we will investigate this for you. Please include your airline reference number on any emails that you send to us as it makes it easier to locate your booking in our system.
