easyJet. Not a voucher, a proper refund


We are pleased to confirm that, after discussions with easyJet, agreement has been reached that our customers will receive a refund, rather than a voucher.


If you have already applied to us for a voucher, there’s nothing further for you to do. We shall apply to easyJet on your behalf for a refund , as soon as they cancel the flight in their system. (At the moment, they are cancelling flights 5 days before departure).


EasyJet have told us that we can then expect to wait an average of 28 days to receive the refund. We will pass it on the card you used to make the booking.


We’re sorry for any confusion, but we hope you’ll agree that this is a good outcome.
