After waiting on the airlines for months, we have received thousands of refunds in recent weeks and are working through these as fast as possible. If you think your refund may have been missed, please remind us by replying to the most recent email you have received from us.

If your flight is still operating you can change your dates of travel and/or destination. Many airlines are waiving their usual administration fees, and some are allowing changes to be made with no fare difference to be paid.
