Flight cancellations and changes due to Coronvirus have made us busier than we've even been.  We’re operating with a reduced staff, so our resources are currently focused on:

Refunding cancelled flights: This is a time-consuming and manual task. After waiting on the airlines for months, we have received thousands of refunds in recent weeks and are working through these as fast as possible. If you think your refund may have been missed, please remind us by replying to the most recent email you have received from us.

Helping customers who are due to travel to Spain and those who need to return to the UK.

Helping customers departing in the next 21 days.

Rebooking flights for customers that prefer to defer their travel to a later date.

If your flight is still operating you can change your dates of travel and/or destination. Many airlines are waiving their usual administration fees, and some are allowing changes to be made with no fare difference to be paid.

Airlines are dealing with disrupted flights in strict departure date order and the status of your flight may change in the future.  For the latest available information, our recommendation is to check your flight booking regularly.

For the most up-to-date information please select your airline.
