Jet2 - Coronavirus update (COVID-19) 20/03/2020 11:04

In line with Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice and decisions made by local authorities overseas, Jet2 have announced that they have suspended all flights between 22 March – 30 April 2020 (inclusive).  

Here are the key things you need to know in this rapidly unfolding situation.

Q.  Can you tell me if and when my flight will be cancelled?
A.  Jet2 aim to cancel all March bookings by 22 March and aim to cancel all bookings departing in the first week of April by the 29 March.

Q.  My flights have been cancelled. What happens now? 
A.  When we receive your refund from Jet2 we will pass that on to you. If you still wish to travel you will need to contact Jet2 on 0333 3000 042. You may need to use our address to pass data protection questions (20 Southend Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR1 3SD)

Q.  I've already applied for a refund. How long will it take to come through?
A.  We don't know, but we'll pass it on as soon as we can after receiving it.
