easyjet 'manage my Booking' - Troubleshooting

Q. It is asking me for a reference starting with a letter 'H'

Q. It is not allowing me to access my booking?



As you have not booked with Directline Flights, you must sign out of any account(s) you may have with them. To do this, click on the 'Sign out' button at the top right-hand of the page.



Once you have signed out don't sign back in. Click on either Check In or Manage Booking, and you will see this display.  Click, 'No account? Find a booking'.

Enter your reference (usually beginning with the letter K or E)  and your surname (Don't use hyphens or spaces as the easyJet system does not recognise them)


Please now visit the website www.easyjet.com
