Where is my Refund?

Airline tickets are generally non-refundable so refunds are only offered in certain circumstances.

If you have spoken to us and we have approved a refund then once the money has been returned to our bank from the airline we will process this back to the original card you paid with. Some airlines can take up to 21 days to refund us and we can take a further 7-10 days.

If you have spoken directly to the airline you must contact us, so we can identify and process the payment when we receive it.

We try to refund you as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience.
