How do I complain about my flight?

On behalf of your airline please accept our apologies that you did not enjoy your recent flight.

As a Travel Agent we act as your booking agent and to avoid confusion would recommend you contact the relevant airline directly in regards to submitting a complaint to them.

EASYJET: Enter the email address directline@multicom.co.uk rather than your own email

RYANAIR: Enter the email address ryanair.dlf@gmail.com rather than your own email

FLYBE: Enter the email address as directline@multicom.co.uk rather than your own email

AER LINGUS: You will need to complete the 'post flight' form and use the email address directline@multicom.co.uk

TUI: Submit a complaint form online

THOMAS COOK: Use the 'make a complaint' option

NORWEGIAN: Submit online using the 'feedback' form
