ATOL protection

We are regulated by the UK Civil Aviation Authority and hold Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) 10880.

If your Booking Confirmation and Receipt states 'This sale is not protected under the ATOL scheme' this is because the supplier has been paid in full (CAA ORS3 Regulation 02/2018 'Flight-Only Ticket Fully Paid Exemption').

We are an agent of many airlines and we issue your e-ticket immediately. The monies you have paid are held in a trust account. This account is administered by an independent trustee, approved by the CAA. The trustee does not release the funds to us until we can demonstrate that we have paid the airline (which happens immediately). Should the airline fail, we can claim on our scheduled airline failure insurance policy, in order to either refund you or book a suitable alternative.
