How do I claim for EU261 Compensation?

EU261 Compensation is available if your flight was delayed by more than 3 hours after it's arrival time. This means your flight must have landed more than 3 hours after it's scheduled arrival time.

You won’t be entitled to compensation if it was delayed because of bad weather, industrial action or something that was beyond the control of the airline.

As the compensation payment is made directly to you, we would recommend contacting the airline directly to obtain any compensation. To do this please click on the airline name below. Remember to follow any additional instructions.

EASYJET: Enter the email address directline@multicom.co.uk rather than your own email.

RYANAIR: Enter the email address ryanair.dlf@gmail.com rather than your own email.

FLYBE: Enter the email address as directline@multicom.co.uk rather than your own email.

AER LINGUS: You will need to complete the form and post to the address given

TUI: Submit a complaint form online

THOMAS COOK: Use the 'make a flight delay claim' option

NORWEGIAN: Submit online

For all other airlines please contact us and one of the team will be happy to help.
