EU261 Compensation is available if your flight was delayed by more than 3 hours after it's arrival time. This means your flight must have landed more than 3 hours after it's scheduled arrival time.
You won’t be entitled to compensation if it was delayed because of bad weather, industrial action or something that was beyond the control of the airline.
