We would recommend waiting around 5 to 10 minutes as sometimes servers are slow in processing, either from the airline, our systems or your own personal internet connection.
If you are still waiting after this time please contact us for us to look into further for you. We will most likely need the last four digits of the card you are trying to use, departure date and lead passenger name to do a thorough search.
You may also wish to check your email account as a booking may have been made.
