Why can't I get into my Ryanair booking? (I booked on/after 30th April 2018)

If you're having problems getting into your Ryanair booking, there are several common reasons for this.

The most likely reason is that you're using your own email address. It won't work, as you made your booking through us. Please try again, using your Ryanair booking reference (in our original confirmation email to you) and the email address checkin.direct@gmail.com

You may have mistaken the letter i for a 1, or O for a number zero. Please check carefully and re-enter.
