Why can't I get into my Ryanair booking? (I booked before 30th April 2018)

If you're having problems getting into your Ryanair booking, there are several common reasons for this.

1. The most likely reason is that you're using your own email address. It won't work, as you made your booking through us

Please try again, using your Ryanair booking reference (in our original confirmation email to you) and the email address ryanair.dlf@gmail.com - no spaces, no commas

2. the next most common issue is typing dif instead of dlf (direct line flights)

3. You may have mistaken an i for a 1, or an O (letter) for a 0 (zero). Please check carefully and re-enter
